Tienen que probar la cáscara, el castacán y el puyul.
Para los que no son de Mérida, les explico que son.
La cáscara es lo que en Ciudad de México conocen como chicharrón, el de espuma.
El castacán es la carne que está pegada al chicharrón.
Y el puyul es lo que se conoce como migas de chicharrón.
Todo es muy sabroso y la atención al cliente es magnífica.
