★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicharrón de res, chicharrón de esponja, carnitas y pollos en carnitas. No es muy barato, pero tiene buen sabor y está bien servido. Es uno de los pocos lugares a los que se puede venir a comer en el centro de Huichapan. Es limpio y el servicio es rápido. Está a un lado del mercado y de la plaza, así que hay mucho que ver y que comprar en esa zona. Es un pueblo mágico.
 Beef greaves, pork sponge, carnitas and chickens in carnitas. It is not very cheap, but it tastes good and is well served. It is one of the few places that you can come to eat in the center of Huichapan. It is clean and the service is fast. It is on one side of the market and the plaza, so there is a lot to see and to buy in that area. It is a magical town.

Tienen mucha demanda por ser de lo mejor de Huichapan.
Les recomiendo todo, el chicharrón de res, la barbacoa de pollo, el consomé, las carnitas, en fin todo esa delicioso!
Lo malo y ojalá lo tomaran en cuenta, y es por lo único que no le doy las cinco estrellas... uso excesivo de desechables, a estas alturas, debemos ser concientes del problema que generan el plástico y el unicel; por favor al dueño de este negocio, usen loza que se reutiliza! Todos se lo agradeceremos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vienes a Huichapan no te los puedes perder al igual que sus carnitas! En un exelente lugar!! También hay menudo de borrego y barbacoa los fines y el servicio es muy bueno aunque cuando hay mucha gente hay que ser un poco paciente!! El único inconveniente es que en domingo no hay dónde estacionamiento público debes buscar un poco pero atravesaras un tianguis muy padre!
If you come to Huichapan you can not miss them like their carnitas! In an excellent place! There are also often lamb and barbecue on weekends and the service is very good although when there are a lot of people you have to be a little patient !! The only drawback is that on Sunday there is no where public parking you should look a little but you will go through a very fatherly tianguis!

Aquí lo malo es que se pierde lo tradicional,,, pedimos una taza de café y lo sirven en una taza de plástico , que asco , que no saben que al estar caliente el sabor es a plástico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para un servidor mi primera experiencia en este tipo de comida. La verdad a los que nos gusta el colesterol, como dijo el perro "GUAU". OTRA cosa, encuentras pancita,ubre, la tradicional tripa o machito, ahhh una recomendación , en estos climas fríos pide tus tacos de uno en uno, porque se enfrían rapidísimo. Si lo visitas esta el local de "La Vaquita" visitamos los dos y no hay gran diferencia entre los dos locales. Están deliciosos. Buen provecho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chicharrón de Res en un must si visitas la zona de Huichapan e Ixmiquilpan. En este caso los chicharrones excelentes a pesar de que llegue a comer cerca de las 16:00. Muy atentos y todos usando cubrebocas.
The beef chicharrón is a must if you visit the Huichapan and Ixmiquilpan areas. In this case, the pork rinds are excellent even though I get to eat around 4:00 p.m. Very attentive and all wearing face masks.
