Es un Chicharrón recién salido del cazo para el deleite de la familia, ya sea para la comida o la botana. Esta en punto y dependerá del gusto del gusto de cada paladar parar darle lo blando o crujiente, no tengas miedo ni vergüenza a solicitarlo como sea te apetezca, ten por seguro que quienes te atienden te dejarán llevarte ese antojo.
Tienen además el Chicharrón prensado que me falta probar, lo haré en la 3er visita.
