Falta un poco de atención al cliente, pero en gral es un lugar mágico y con muchas actividades por realizar como el montar caballo y las cuatrimotos... me gustaría pasar mi cumpleaños para este dic ahí... se los agradecería mucho ?????? bendiciones ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito, están iniciando pero es un lugar bueno para ir a nadar y disfrutar de un buen rato. Lo mejor es que no hay tantas personas por lo que se puede nadar placenteramente.
The place is nice, they are starting but it is a good place to go swimming and enjoy a good time. The best thing is that there are not so many people so you can swim pleasantly.

Cuatrimotos súper divertido, caballos algo descuidados (no me gusta el maltrato animal), alberca muy agradable, spa, restaurante muy rico, hospedaje algo caro!
Excellent place and very good service!
Super fun ATVs, somewhat neglected horses (I do not like animal abuse), very nice pool, spa, very rich restaurant, somewhat expensive accommodation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a representative named karla told us the buffet came in a package and we paid nearly double for the buffet. we came to the park and they told us the buffet was separate, we wasted so much money and when we called back she said it was her fault yet she doesn't do anything to fix it. and they also lied about how it is there's only 1 lifeguard who doesn't get off his phone and the service sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water was awkward and unclear about cleanliness. Adventure was expensive and a mandatory wait spot for chichin itza. Wasn't overly impressed with the services and the food was awful. ATV trails were boring and I didn't try the horseback riding. The facility is small and is mostly a tourist spot to make you spend extra money on mediocre items and activities.
