Todo iba muy bien hasta que entregamos la camioneta que rentamos y nos dijeron que nos iban a hacer transferencia por el depósito de garantía. Esto fue hace más de dos semanas y todavía no recibimos el dinero. Hemos estado llamando y nos dan largas, siempre nos dicen que ya va a quedar y nada más no nos devuelven nada. Les marcamos diario hasta el día de hoy y ahora ya bloquearon nuestros números y no nos contestan. BAD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER. Everything went very well until we delivered the van we rented and they told us that they were going to transfer us through the security deposit. This was more than two weeks ago and we still have not received the money. We have been calling and they give us long, they always tell us that it is going to stay and nothing else does not return anything. We mark them daily until today and now they have blocked our numbers and they do not answer us.

Por más que trates de comunicarte solo dan largas. Eviten utilizar tarjetas en éste local Be very careful with your credit cards. He llamado en varias ocasiones y no me dan respuesta. Les sugiero si rentan en este lugar consideren el depósito como perdido Everything in the car rental went well, but unfortunately we never received the security deposit that they promised to return to the debit card. It is super convinient, super friendly, prices are very good and the cars are In great Condition, we've tried other car rental places and had to spend hours for a simple car rental and were required redicilous deposits. This stablishment in the contrary are very fast and efficient, we spent about 15 minutes and we were in and out. We also ended up extending our rental for a few more days and Mr. Marcos Pat was very helpful and he even gave us a different vehicle to choose from just so that we had something else. Give them a try and you'll love them
