We took a snorkel charter with Angel and Angel. Everything was exceptional, from the service to the location to the fresh made Pico, guacamole, and ceviche. Angel, the dive master, made certain that he took us to exactly the right places to see the fish, sea turtles, and eagle rays that we were hoping to see. And Angel, the captain, was always close by and ready should we need help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a private excursion, these guys are the best.

If you are in Cozumel and want to make unforgettable memories, book with Chichi Charters. This was the 2nd time we have booked with them. It was even better than the first and the first was amazing. You don't feel like a business and customer. You feel like friends and family. Chichi, Amanda, Angel, and Angel are some of the best people you will ever meet in your life. Not only a professional company, but good people. Book them, you will never regret it.

Seven of us booked an 8 hour fishing/snorkeling tour with Chici Charters. It was absolutely amazing! My son caught a baracuda and everyone else caught a fish too. The guide took us to the most amazing snorkeling areas. Seriously the best! The food was delicious, the crew was fantastic, and we didn't get sea sick. You won't be disappointed!

Like one other reviewer said, 5 stars is NOT ENOUGH! I can't recommend ChiChi Charters enough! Not only did Angel and Angel provide a phenomenal snorkeling experience, Amanda went way above and beyond to help us out of a very tight situation. She single handedly salvaged our weeklong vacation and I can't thank her enough. She was also on top of weather forecasts all week and responded within minutes every time I contacted her. I owe her like a million favors for all the help she provided us with. Angel and Angel took us on our 6 hour snorkeling excursion and it was definitely a trip I will remember for the rest of my life. We visited at least two sections of reef where I didn't even see another boat, much less another snorkeling group. Angel knew all of the keystone species and was fun to chat with out of the water. We were lucky enough to spot a nurse shark and two sea turtles within minutes of our first stop. It just kept getting better after that! We stopped for lunch at El Cielo and the Angels whipped up a delicious spread of fresh ceviche, guacamole, and sliced fruit. It was more than enough food for two people but we stuffed our faces anyways. I will say that I was a little worried about snorkeling in open water before we arrived, and I have heard that the southern end of Cozumel gets pretty "boaty", as in there's a ton of water traffic, but I felt completely safe our entire excursion. Angel stuck close to us in the water with a very visible marker and other Angel kept the boat circling the entire time within reach during an emergency but not close enough to scare our fish. I also noted that he kicked it into idle every time we climbed aboard which is important to me as I've seen some nasty prop accidents. Hands down this was the best experience with a charter I've ever had and I can't wait until the next time! ChiChi Charters really get all of the little details right and I'll never book with anyone else!

Chichi Charters is amazing! We went on a fishing trip and a snorkeling trip with them on our trip to Cozumel and both were ridiculously good experiences. Our 8 and 5 year old went on both trips and had such a good time. The folks at Chichi Charter are so nice and accommodating, they make the whole experience easy and wonderful. These guys are the best way to see the ocean parts of Cozumel Island. They also make an amazing guacamole, shrimp ceviche,and margarita, all while you hang out on a sand bar with stingrays and starfish. It’s a magical experience, and Chichi and the gang (Alex and Angel are both fantastic) made the trip something we’ll never forget.

We booked our adventure without expectations. Capitan Freddy and First Mate Jose made it an incredible experience by working with us and put us on some good fish. The best deep sea trip I have ever been on. Keep up the great work.

We scheduled a private 4 hours snorkel tour with ChiChi Charters on Jan 26th, 2022. It was by far the best money spent on our whole week stay in Cozumel. They picked us up from our resort's dock (Occidental Cozumel), brought us to 4 different locations, each fantastic. And prepared us a lunch while we hung out on a sand bar. Our guide Angel suggested an early start. It was great to get to see everything before the other boats arrived! They found us multiple sea turtles (my dream to see) among TONS of other fantastic sea life. Sting rays, puffer, barracuda, eagle ray, star fish, brain coral, fans, fish, etc, etc, etc. I need to get a book to figure out all the different fish we saw!! HIGHLY recommend!!

We booked Chi Chi charters at the recommendation of our Airbnb host. We booked the 8 hr fishing snorkeling excursion and started with fishing.Once we caught some fish the crew took us into the calm waters of the reef. We snorkeled for an hr or two, absolutely amazing! Then we headed over to a shallow area where we snorkeled and swam around with sting rays and starfish.The crew prepared the fish we caught. The food was amazing and fresh. Drinks and food where all included. Highly recommend by our entire group.
