S	SoufGPZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best beach on the island and you’re right on top of it! Great hospitality with awesome service. Priced right and budget friendly. Nothing fancy, just clean and simple which is exactly what you need when spending all day outside. They have a bar-restaurant right next to the beach beds so you don’t even need to get up for your next round of drinks (and you can put it on the room too so who needs a wallet ;) ). A recommended spot for those who wants to enjoy an oceanfront room for the low, without compromising.

We have been staying here for years and the family who owns it and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make our stays great. It is the BEST LOCATION in all of Isla Mujeres, beautiful beach, adequate rooms for great rates (you don't visit Playa Norte to stay in your room much anyway), and the bar has great food and drink. Don't hesitate to book here!

M	M O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay for the location which I give 5 stars. Sleeping is ok but noisy outside from people talking. If you like afternoon naps, this is not a place for you. The worst thing is the wifi. Not working at all during all vacation which is a big deal. We arrived at 9pm. Everything closed and dark. Found one lady that knocked on someone who worked there and checked us in. There are only a handful of beach chairs for guests, the rest you have to pay for. It doesn't say anywhere which chairs, but it's the ones on the right side of the hotel. No beach service.

The service, not so much, the food, even worse. Consider this hotel this a quality stay, but don’t plan your meals around their menu.
C	Cody Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give the hotel and location 5 stars. Anthony was great and very helpful. Our room was very clean and had a fantastic view. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a low key beach getaway. The only reason I can’t give them a 5 star review overall is because of their beach staff. One of the beach servers snuck in a 350 pesos “tax” which come to find out went directly into his pocket. Hopefully management will handle this appropriately so that it doesn’t happen to others. We will be back, but I will not spend a dime with their beach bar/service.
