j	josede fernandezdelara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calificación es para la sucursal de Parque Vértice, lo menciono porque en otras sucursales he tenido mejores experiencias, pero en esta sucursal el personal no es atento y nada capacitado, poca higiene de parte del personal y casi siempre te hacen esperar demasiado, solo mencionan que se les acabo el pollo y deben hacer más, recomiendo por mucho KFC si el antojo el pollo o bien cruzar la calle y buscar otra opción de comida en la plaza de enfrente!.. Se tardan mucho tiempo en atender y si se les cae una bolsa al piso la levantan y la meten así a tu bolsa de comida. Van y vienen los trabajadores, no tienen cofia en la cocina. Mi hamburguesa de pollo solo era una muy delgada tira de pollo con empanizado. le reclame amablemente a la señora que me atendio y ella me contesto molesta con una actitud pesima y despota y aparte con un tono fuerte y me dijo que asi era el pollo... Yo le pedi amablemente que me bajara el tono y le mostre mi empanizado para que viera que casi no tenia nada de pollo pero ella se porto grosera conmigo y me dijo que asi era, le dije que queria reportar mi queja en el buzon de quejas o hablar con un gerente pero ella me dijo que no habi forma de roportar mi queja. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My only chicken burger was a very thin strip of breaded chicken. I politely complained to the lady who attended me and she answered me annoyed with a pessimistic and despotic attitude and aside with a strong tone and told me that this was the chicken ... La comida está rica y el personal es muy amable, se podría mejorar el tiempo en el que te entregan tus cosas pero como apenas van empezando supongo que esta bien. Si lo comparamos con una cadena grande comida rápida no tiene nada que pedirle :) The place is nice, it is a good alternative to eat KFC style chicken, there is a lot of variety of food on the menu and its prices are accessible. The food is rich and the staff is very friendly, you could improve the time in which your things are delivered but as they are just starting I guess it's fine. If we compare it with a large fast food chain it has nothing to ask for :)
