Terrible service I never recommend it. I've only bought once, and it was like three years ago. I bought a chicken in adobo with rub and beans. The taste is okay, it's passable. But they made me wait a long time even though there weren't many people. The treatment was not adequate, it seems that they do not want to sell or serve or that it already annoyed them. I told myself never to go back there. But about a week ago... I went because I'm on the go from work... It was worse than the first time, there was only one client waiting sitting on the bench and in full sun. I went in and there was no one to take my order, there was also no one at the register, only the cooks looked at each other. Until a female person came out, but she didn't even ask me anything, she left me scared, until I asked her if she could take my order, and she reluctantly did, I asked her what was left and she yelled at me that everything was in the wall and that I chose... and when asking about prices and which one she was very rude... In the end I ended up ordering a package, a kilo of breaded chicken fillet... she just wrote it down on a piece of paper and didn't charge me... and she kept me waiting... then she got confused, they delivered an order to a person who wasn't... it belonged to the person I was waiting for... so they told me after a long while waiting that there was no more, that there was only half a kilo... I said, well, give me half... And they left me waiting... Then they told me that they would not be able to get the half because it belonged to the person who was waiting and that this person's order had been delivered to other. If it bothered me a lot, because of the attention I received, because of the lousy organization, because they don't handle their orders well... when I complained to him, he told me that anyone had a mistake, very haughty, he answered... not an apology, nor did he offer any alternative .. or anything. I give it one star and only because I can't give it less.
