I guess they changed the cook.
One of the best Vegan tacos I have ever eaten in Guadalajara. Make sure to bring cash!!! The fish taco is made from oyster mushroom and I had to order 2 ?
They have fruit water, the setting is calm. You can also shop at the vegan store while waiting for your food. They are fast and wait and bring you 2 tacos at a time so it will stay warm. The menu changes weekly, and they are open late.It is a place I would love to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vegan place. Reasonably authentic comfort food without all the pork, cheese, lard, excess sugar, excess salt, and other unhealthy ingredients common in Mexico. We had the torta ahogados made of soy and a hamburger made of breaded mushrooms. Also had a mango shake made w oat milk. The only suggestion I have is that this restaurant get some fans to prevent the flies from crawling all over your food.
