Tuve que llevarla con otro veterinario que sí sabe hacer bien su trabajo, con el diagnóstico de que probablemente tiene una úlcera gástrica, en el peor de los casos una insuficiencia renal. No deberían tener gente inepta y que no le interesa la salud de los animales, a parte de una pésima atención al cliente. No lleven a sus mascotas o animales ahí, sus mascotas se merecen un trato mucho mejor y ser atendidos por alguien que les importe su salud y bienestar. Desgraciadamente llevé a esterilizar y ni siquiera tuvieron la atención de indicarme los cuidados post operatorios. Fueron de lo más groseras, NO LO RECOMIENDO. Gente como esa mejor dedìquense a otra cosa. Y NO te dan el medicamento, aunque dicen que la cirugía lo incluye. Y por si no es suficiente, mi perrito salió con PULGAS!!!!! Rude and inhumane, AWFUL customer service and NOTHING empathy for little animals. Unfortunately I took them to sterilize and they didn't even have the attention to tell me about post-operative care. They were the most rude, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. People like that better dedicate yourselves to something else. And they DO NOT give you the medicine, even though they say the surgery includes it. Encima para dar el medicamento ni siquiera pidió el peso, querían vendernos un vil omeprazol en 250$ alegando que era para los intestinos, un antibiótico a dosis infraterapeuticas (la caja decía que esa dosis era para pesos menores a 10kg cuando claramente pesa más del doble). Exageradamente caro, ni siquiera revisan a los animales... Terminé estafado ya que la pseudo-veterinaria solo cobro por verlo cuando en realidad requería sutura. Quieren sacar dinero a lo tarugo así de facil de 390 escalaron casi a 1000 cuando mis otras mascotas nunca nos recomendaron nada más . Yo la veo a mi gata bastante mal los otros gatitos después de unas dos horas ya empezaban a levantarse ya no vuelvo a esa veterinaria.
