It is known for the Spanish Baroque-style Chihuahua Cathedral and the 18th-century Palacio de Gobierno, a new government building with huge murals illustrating important historical events in Mexico.
The city is also home to the eastern end of the Chepe railway, which runs through the green-tinged gorges of the Copper Canyon area...
