★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y comunicación. Les compré un par de Funkos en preventa, ya han pasado dos meses desde que salieron a venta general y no he recibido nada, ni Funkos, ni noticias, no actualización. Les he enviado correos y mensajes y nadie me responde. La peor experiencia.
Terrible service and communication. I bought a couple of pre-sale Funkos from them, it's been two months since they went on general sale and I haven't received anything, no Funkos, no news, no update. I have sent them emails and messages and no one answers me. The worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, pésimo servicio, lamentable el trato, no compren en línea en esta tienda, después de 6 meses que solicité mi reembolso apenas supuestamente lo van a tramitar y hasta resulté ser yo el tonto por no leer el contrato...(cuál)??? es una completa estafa lo que hacen a uno...si quieren perder su dinero omitan mis comentarios, estoy completamente seguro que sus opiniones positivas son perfiles falsos, con esta atención y nulo seguimiento me niego a creer que alguien puede estar satisfecho...yo lamento no haber leído comentarios previos de esta tienda, espero a ustedes no les pase
The worst experience, lousy service, unfortunate treatment, do not buy online in this store, after 6 months that I requested my refund, they are just supposed to process it and I even turned out to be the fool for not reading the contract... )??? what they do to you is a complete scam...if you want to lose your money, ignore my comments, I am completely sure that your positive opinions are false profiles, with this attention and no follow-up I refuse to believe that someone can be satisfied...
