★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué con la expectativa muy alta porque me los recomendaron como los mejores chilaquiles.
El concepto va por pasos.
Eliges tu base: tortillas horneadas o fritas. De maíz, nopal, papas. Luego tu proteína: pollo o huevo. Luego la salsa: verde, roja o mole, creo. Luego la crema y al final el complemento.
Hay 3 tamaños en los recipientes.
La atención del personal fue muy muy buena, nos explicaron todo lo que tenían y los sabores que tenía cada cosa.
No fueron mis favoritos, las tortillas me supieron raras y siento que la salsa estaba algo líquida y eso hizo que no se incorporara bien con las tortillas. Pedí crema de cilantro y no logré conectar la consistencia ni el sabor.

They were not my favorites, the tortillas tasted weird to me and I feel that the sauce was a little runny and that made it not incorporate well with the tortillas. I ordered crema de coriander and couldn't connect the consistency or the taste.
