Se nota que cambiaron de personal, yo soy cliente frecuente y de unas semanas para acá la experiencia ya no es la misma, hoy había demasiados clientes molestos. Tardaron más de una hora en entregarme mi comida, y no era exactamente lo que pedí, para entregar el pan tardaron más de 10 minutos después de haberme entregado los chilaquiles y tuve que pararme a pedirlo porque ya se lo había pedido a la mesera, cuando me levanté a pedir el pan vi que la mesera no estaba haciendo nada, solo estaba parada en el mostrador. Muy mala experiencia Y en cuanto a los pedidos por Uber eats igual pésimo, siempre llega lo que no es, no siguen las indicaciones. En cuanto al estacionamiento dentro de la plaza El Roble es pequeño en la parte alta pero cuentan con un subterráneo. Paso nuestra orden y después se fue a atender a otra mesa que se acababa de ocupar, era una pareja. Terminó de tomarles el pedido y vimos claramente que la chica puso primero la nota de la pareja, les llevo sus bebidas y a nosotros no nos había llevado nada aun. Decidimos pararnos eh irnos. Obviamente no volveremos y ojala pongan atención en eso ya que veo no soy la única en quejarme.
