★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que triste que uno llega a desayunar y tienen lleno abajo, preguntamos de mesas en la parte de arriba y el joven dice si tengo pero tarda 20 min mas el servicio, no se me hace justo con tal de no subir a atender digan esas cosas ojala la persona encargada pueda realmente ver este tipo de situación y digo solo es en esta sucursal SANTUARIO
 How sad that one arrives for breakfast and they are full downstairs, we ask about tables upstairs and the young man says yes I have but the service takes 20 more minutes, it doesn't seem fair to me as long as I don't go up to attend say those things hopefully the person in charge can really see this type of situation and I say it is only in this SANCTUARY branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es amable, aunque un poco despistado; la comida no es mala pero el servicio es sumamente lento y aunque tiene conectado al inmueble un estacionamiento, éste es muy caro, y no recibes el servicio como cortesía por tu consumo.

Le dan mucha prioridad a los pedidos de las aplicaciones y los comensales tenemos que esperar una eternidad, estaría mejor que se preocuparan más por mejorar la experiencia de quienes acudimos. Quizá podrían atender 3 pedidos de quien espera a comer ahí y uno de servicio a domicilio, para no tener que esperar tanto!
The food is good, but an hour wait for some chilaquiles? They give a lot of priority to the requests of the applications and we diners have to wait forever, it would be better if they cared more about improving the experience of those who come. Maybe they could attend to 3 orders from those waiting to eat there and one for home delivery, so they don't have to wait so long!
