★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por principio por cuestiones de salud lo primero que llegó buscando es el sanitario, hoy no tuve la fortuna de poder utilizarlo, se encontraba fuera de servicio, el sabor de la "salsa negra" muy rico y diferente, pedí mis chilaquiles con costilla y no me agradó demasiado la cocción, parecía que no estaba bien caliente el sartén pues estaba como hervida la carne, y los chilaquiles tibios, desagradable el ver qué los calienten en microondas en lugar de que se calienten por qué la salsa tuviera la temperatura suficiente para procurarle temperatura a todo el platillo.
