I have been surprised by the security measures they have within the Institution, so this reflects the effort made by each and every one of the staff, at a good time, I appreciate the attention to the members of my family, big thanks to the Management General of the Nursery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato para los niños de cualquier edad, los papás ponemos quejas y nos ignoran, mi hijo estuvo casi 3 años los peores de su infancia siempre lloro al ingreso. El 1 de noviembre del 2018 se les callo en el patio trasero le pusieron 10 puntos en la frente internos y externos lo llevaron a la clínica después de 1 hora y media del accidente, no solo fue ese accidente donde hubo sangre también cuando iniciaba a caminar supuestamente se enterro el filo de un mueble y se abrió el muslo. No la recomiendo en lo más mínimo las maestras se la pasan platicando o en su celular, son groseros y déspotas. No lleven a sus hijos mi hijo aun tiene las cicatrices y le da hasta miedo pasar por la guardería
Terrible treatment for children of any age, parents complain and ignore us, my son was almost 3 years the worst of his childhood I always cry at admission. On November 1, 2018, they were quiet in the backyard, they put 10 points on their internal and external foreheads, they took him to the clinic after 1 hour and a half of the accident, it was not only that accident where there was blood when he started walking. Supposedly the edge of a piece of furniture was buried and the thigh was opened. I do not recommend it in the least the teachers spend talking or on their cell phone, they are rude and despotic. Do not take your children my son still has scars and he is even scared to go to daycare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administrativamente algunas de las maestras no están capacitadas o no tienen la formación requerida para estar con los bebés.
La directora es una persona cerrada y prepotente que no escucha ni entiende a las mamás que tenemos la necesidad de tener a nuestros hijos en guardería.
Entre el personal admisyrativo la comunicación y escucha efectiva es un área de oportunidad considerable.
Administratively, some of the teachers are not trained or do not have the required training to be with the babies.
The director is a closed and arrogant person who does not listen to or understand mothers that we have the need to have our children in daycare.
Among admitting staff, effective communication and listening is an area of considerable opportunity.
