★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para realizar eventos infantiles, las instalaciones están cuidadas, varios juegos tanto para pequeños como para adolescentes y adultos, buen manejo en medidas de seguridad e higiene. No les doy 5 estrellas ya que los alimentos los sirvieron fríos aún cuando contaban con horno de microondas.
Very good place to hold children's events, the facilities are well cared for, several games for both children and adolescents and adults, good management of safety and hygiene measures. I don't give them 5 stars since the food was served cold even with a microwave oven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper buena atención por parte del personal, el paquete que incluye todo realmente vale la pena, tú no te preocupas por nada, para mi que fue una de las primeras fiestas de mi bebé fue una spr ayuda ya que no tenia idea de cómo seguir el evento. El animador definitiva mente un 10 nos hizo pasar momentos muy agradables.
Super good attention from the staff, the package that includes everything is really worth it, you do not worry about anything, for me it was one of my baby's first parties it was a spr help since I had no idea how to follow the event. The entertainer definitely a 10 made us spend very pleasant moments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, muy divertido el show, las instalaciones muy agradables, el salón limpio. La atención del personal muy buena. El paquete completo definitivamente vale la pena, la comida muy buena, no me preocupe para nada en mi evento.
Mis invitados quedaron muy complacidos y los niños se divirtieron mucho.
Excellent service, very funny show, very nice facilities, clean room. The personal attention is very good. The complete package is definitely worth it, the food is very good, I did not worry at all at my event.
My guests were very pleased and the children had a lot of fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, quise cambiar mi fecha de mi evento porque mis invitados me cancelaron y porque dieron positivo a covid, en su contrato si viene que no hay cambio de fecha pero creo que estamos en un problema a nivel mundial y deben de pensar en los niños que estáran presentes, cuando fue mi esposo a ver a la encargada no dio la cara y dijo que solo por llamada lo cual no contesta, PESIMA ATENCIÓN, NO HAGAN SUS EVENTOS se hizo un contrato con ellos el cual no está dado de alta ante Profeco y no tiene validez (para que chequen sus contratos)
I do not recommend it, I wanted to change my date of my event because my guests canceled me and because they tested positive for covid, in their contract if it comes that there is no change of date but I think we are in a problem worldwide and they must think about the children who were present, when my husband went to see the manager, he did not show his face and said that only by calling which he does not answer, AWFUL ATTENTION, DO NOT HOLD YOUR EVENTS a contract was made with them which is not registered before I prophecy and it is not valid (so they can check their contracts)
