★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really terrible because the waiters care only about the tip you're going to leave them. As soon as you order something they consider "cheap" (like "Master's Lunch"), they just leave you alone.
After waiting for more than 20 minutes our food arrived and MY burger, somehow, was made with leftovers from other burgers. A thin line of cheese was put in the middle of these chunks in order to make it look like a single patty.
Really disgusting. DO NOT COME. You are gonna have a better service (and quality) in McDonald's than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the service was outstanding, the food was really nothing more than ok. I guess it would be a good place if the prices were cut down in half. The clam chowder was ver good but the surf and turf was laughable. The steak was really nothing more than ok and the lobster was a joke, it was more like a shrimp. The key lime pie was ok but it looked all dry on the top and sides like it was a week old. It is EXTREMELY overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to come with one or more people. The decorations are nice and the waiters are very attentive. They have interesting promotions. The prices are a bit high, but that's not a surprise since lobster is expensive although they have very delicious shrimp and lobster, also their bread is warm and tasty. Try the carajillo it's a coffee liquor on ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great chain to get sea food. Portions are substantial, prices are fair, the service is attentive and quick. Best to visit with friends and family, it is casual and you can get to do some shopping before or after visiting.
It gets crowded, but they give you devices to know when is your turn.
