★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice mi pedido desde las 7 pm por medio de la aplicación de didi y ni a la plataforma ni a mi me dieron respuesta de mi pedido, espere 3 hrs exactas y de la nada cancelaron mi pedido no fueron lo suficientemente profesionales para cancelarme solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo hasta que ya había muy pocas opciones de pedir servicio a domicilio, a mi me gusta ir a comer a sus restaurantes pero con este pésimo servicio no me quedan ganas de ir ni recomendar que vayan mis conocidos que pena que por una locación tenga que sufrir toda la cadena pero su cadena más débil refleja lo que representan
 I made my order from 7 pm through the didi application and neither the platform nor I received an answer to my order, I waited for exactly 3 hours and out of nowhere they canceled my order, they were not professional enough to cancel me, they only made me wasting my time until there were already very few options to order home delivery, I like to go to eat at their restaurants but with this terrible service I don't want to go or recommend that my acquaintances go, what a shame that for a location it has to suffer the whole chain but their weakest chain reflects what they represent

Las costillas son mucho mejor en restaurantes especializados.
The food is normal. For the price I would prefer a thousand times to spend elsewhere with better taste and quality.
Ribs are much better at specialty restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por que una estrella, bueno Chili's realmente tiene bastantes cosas muy ricas desde bebidas hasta platillo, las alitas son muy buenas al igual que las hamburguesas. Pero realmente creo que no debemos de permitir que este susediendo esto ya que si nosotros mismos en nuestra propia casa es más hasta en puesto no permite que la lechuga ya esté quemada como es posible que se atrevan a servir esto aquí se supone que pagas por un buen servicio y calidad de los productos. Y por ende ellos cobran. Es por eso que en esta ocacion esta es mi valoración.. Realmente esto me desepciona ojala puedan ver esto las personas que laboran aquí y los encargados como la cadena.
Because one star, well Chili's really has quite a few very good things from drinks to dishes, the wings are very good as well as the hamburgers. But I really think that we should not allow this to happen because if we ourselves in our own house is more even in position it does not allow the lettuce to be already burned how is it possible that they dare to serve this here you are supposed to pay for a good service and quality products. And therefore they charge. That is why on this occasion this is my assessment. This really disappoints me, I hope the people who work here and those in charge like the chain can see this.
