Chili's - 38088 Celaya

Chilli's Galleries Celaya I came savoring a "Country Fried Chicken" dish. I've tried it in Cuautitlán, CDMX and Querétaro, whenever I eat at Chilli's I order the same dish. In Celaya it was my first experience. 3 negative points and should be taken into account 1) there are dishes on your menu that are not available a) Iced tea and curly potatoes are not available, so remove them from the menu or have what is offered on the menu available. 2) they give me my plate (Country Fried chichen) with corn in a glass. Whoa!!! The reason for ordering this dish is the delicious corn that they serve and they give it to me on a plate. And it doesn't even look half the picture on the menu. 3) the taste of the dish has nothing to do with it, the portion is tiny and the breast looked like Milanese, it was super flattened. Being a chain restaurant, it should have the same flavor here in Celaya as in Monterrey. That's why we come to these types of restaurants, living the experience in a restaurant is the same experience in any other Chillis. This was not the case Chillis Galleries Celaya It leaves a lot to be desired in terms of taste, presentation, availability of dishes and service from the person who attended us. First and last time I visit this place.

This place is in the Celaya galleries food court and it is generally busy, perhaps that is why the food takes longer than normal to arrive and unfortunately they do not offer any type of snack while they are serving you. The prices are a bit high in terms of quality, taste and quantity. The menu is extensive and the crew is friendly.
