★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wife I are in GDL, wondering around she mentioned maybe a bite to eat. We spot the Chili's and decide to go look, we were promptly delivered to the Hostesses spot, the place is Empty, no would like there.... Handed menus, okay let's see... I was fairly disappointed in the price's were about equal to some very nice restaurants on the beach in Vallarta not what would be expected for tex-mex. Cervasa forget it, hopefully Chili's will find time read comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, wrong order and we never saw our waiter again after the food came out. I was told I had a free margarita after the bill arrived. I remember why I don’t goto Chili’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had not so good experience this time... ordered a Salmon which was not cooked from second layer. Took around 25 more minutes to get another piece and found that to be hard and overcooked.
I should say the new menu with more vegetarian options and the return of Chipotle Pesto to the menu was a delight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had, the “Queso burger” it was super greasy, the bottom bun was completely soaked in oil. I don’t think the price is worth for a meal like this in México.
Service wasn’t the best I waited a lot to get my check.

My experience here was all around terrible. Me and my husband came for dinner, he got the chicken fried steak and it was completely raw!! After we told the waiter it then took him 15 minutes to find the manager. Once the manager was informed he went back into the kitchen for another 20 minutes. Finally when we were able to get his attention again he was totally clueless. He offered to remake it or order something else or a free dessert. We didn’t want either. I would expect after serving someone RAW CHICKEN you would be on top of service and offer to take care of the bill. He just nonchalantly said he would remove it from the bill and didn’t apologize or even seem concerned. ONE OF MY WORST DINNING EXPERIENCES EVER!
