★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good menu variety, clean washrooms, friendly staff, and fabulous view of cruise ships. Had mouth watering ribs and potato with small salad on a weeknight and it wasn’t busy at 7 pm. Always consistent good quality in this chain restaurant. My favourite location is Muscat, Oman but this is enjoyable too. No room for desert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and the service is very bad, I do not recommend the food at all. Three service people standing in front of me and didn't even ask if I needed something, I had to ask if I could pay someone because they did not come back to my table at all. In my opinion if you want to have a business, train your employees depending on what type of service you are offering otherwise do not open it because there is no fear for the customers. The customers are paying for the food and expect to be treated fairly. I do not recommend this place at all and I have to say that my opinion is based on my own experience.
