★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food, drinks, with nice view over the lake, and the kindest staff who were willing to go above and beyond - I was craving a certain Mexican dish and they made it for me even though it wasn't on the menu, and it tasted absolutely amazing!! Wish I was staying in Bacalar longer so I could eat there again. Thank you so much Chiltepín!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing food! Some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. The coconut prawns, tuna toastada, beef burger and tuna burger were incredible! You’d pay so much for this kind of food back in London. Absolutely worth a visit (or 3!!!), beautiful view, lovely vibe and friendly staff. So good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice bar/restaurant. It just happened to be within walking distance of where I was staying. Someone else had told me to go there because they really liked it. I had already eaten earlier in the day but went there to drink margaritas. The bartender did an excellent job. I sat there and watched him make a mojito for someone else and was actually in all that he was doing it the right way and taking the time care that need be to create this fabulous drink. The ambiance is incredible. Not only is there a place for the children play, but there was a pool to relax and cool often. I went through night so my pictures are from that time frame
