★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este sitio cuenta con los restos de lo que fue la chimenea de la casona de los canadienses, la cuál era usada para hospedar a los peones que trabajaban las parcelas de dicha Hacienda, en el porfiriato (1908).
Después de convertirse en Ejido San Nicolas y repartir las tierras a los campesinos (1939), la casona llegó a tener dueño.
Por la década de los 80's la casa era rentada para vivienda a varias familias, hasta que comenzó a deteriorarse y posteriormente fue vendido el terreno al Seven, procurando no demoler la chimenea por su importancia histórica.
 This site has the remains of what was the chimney of the Canadians' house, which was used to house the laborers who worked the plots of said Hacienda, in the Porfiriato (1908).
After becoming Ejido San Nicolas and distributing the land to the peasants (1939), the house came to have an owner.
By the 80's the house was rented for housing to several families, until it began to deteriorate and later the land was sold to Seven, trying not to demolish the chimney due to its historical importance.
