Te dicen que TÚ te tienes que encargar de hacer modificaciones a tu chimenea en vez de ellos adecuarse a tus necesidades. Al final terminé yendo a otro sitio donde se adecuaron a mis necesidades por un precio aún menor, con una atención excelente, y todo quedó listo en menos de una semana....y aquí ya pasaron más de 15 días y aún ni siquiera han contestado un correo que les mandé con algunas dudas. No recomiendo este lugar. I was very disappointed with the "attention" they offer. They tell you that YOU have to be in charge of making modifications to your fireplace instead of adapting them to your needs. In the end I ended up going to another place where they adapted to my needs for an even lower price, with excellent care, and everything was ready in less than a week ... and here they have already spent more than 15 days and still have not even answered an email that I sent them with some questions. I do not recommend this place.
