★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empezaré con lo positivo: Riquísima la comida en cuanto a sabor, porciones, etc. Negativo: el tiempo de espera que fue de aprox 1. 40 min. Para 1 rollo y medio pollo a la naranja, muy poco personal y por ende el servicio a cliente es malo, los empleados como que desesperados o molestos. Me di cuenta que las personas se fueron enojadas por la tardanza de atender para que te tomen el pedido y esperar también a que lo cocinen.
Sugerencia: tienen que poner a más personal y capacitarlo en atención al cliente o hacer esa carreta únicamente para pedidos a domicilio
I'll start with the positive: Delicious food in terms of flavor, portions, etc. Negative: the waiting time that was approx 1. 40 min. For 1 roll and a half chicken to the orange, very little staff and therefore the customer service is bad, the employees like that desperate or annoying. I realized that the people left angry because of the delay in attending so that they take the order and also wait for it to be cooked.
Suggestion: they have to put more staff and train it in customer service or make that cart only for orders at home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy llegue al de la Morelos saboreando e por un rico sushi, les pedí de la manera más atenta si me podían atender en el carro ( ya que la verdad me era imposible bajarme) cabe mencionar que estaba a menos del metro, y la respuesta del hombre que estaba haciendo sushi que no era para llevar a los carros, me pareció de pésimo servicio, así nunca van a competir dando un servicio mediocre, la verdad que lastima que personas como este hombre estén enfrente de la carreta, sin criterio.

Voy por mi sushi y al llegar a casa me doy cuenta que el aguacate esta negrisimo, la salsa de soya esta muy salda y rebajada y el arroz no tenia sabor y una consistenica insipida. Al llamar para sugerir precaucion con los ingredientes no me dejaron hablar y le echaron la culpa al probedor de arroz y de las salsas. Pesimo, me duele mucho mi panza. Gaste 200 pesos y termine tirando el sushi. Es terrible pagar por algo que no comeras.
The worst experience I have ever had. I go for my sushi and when I get home I realize that the avocado is very black, the soy sauce is very salty and reduced and the rice had no flavor and a bland consistency. When I called to suggest caution with the ingredients, they didn't let me speak and blamed the rice and sauce tester. Terrible, my belly hurts a lot. I spent 200 pesos and ended up throwing away the sushi. It's terrible to pay for something you won't eat.
