M	My list on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is free for guests, but you have to check out every time in the lobby. Parking lot is downstairs and there's no elevator from there to lobby. I LOVED employees' service during breakfast, and food was very good. Best LQ breakfast ever! There were few probles like A/C was not working properly and door batteries died twice so we get locked out, but they fixed it and gave us an upgrade to a suite. Super comfortable bed and pillows. No cleaning service after 5pm. They need way more bilingual employees.

B	Bill Braaten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like this hotel it's in a central zone it's not far from the subway, and I felt very safe walking in the area. It included a breakfast that was pretty darn good it was Buffet and other than specialty juices was complementary with the room. Staff are very friendly. I'm not sure who picked the color of the chairs but it was what I described as God awful purple. Bottom line recommend this hotel. There's a concert venue about half a mile away and I felt very safe walking to and from.

The worse thing was that I couldn't sleep at all. Maybe because I was assigned a room next to the stairs, but I was hearing voices and doors being shut REALLY LOUD at all times during the night. I didn't rest at all and I believe that's the most important thing for staying in a 4 star hotel.
J	Josue Cruz Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. I walked around at night and felt completely safe. I brought my dog and I had absolutely no problem. The staff was friendly and helpful. By the way, the first room I went into had a problem with the A/C. I called to reception and the technician came right away. Since he found that the A/C was malfunctioning, they gave me another room and allowed me to complete the transfer of my belongings the next morning. By the way, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the views were nice.

And the shower water went through the wall and into the carpet in my room and my sister’s. The towels had stains, holes and very old . The sheets supposed to be white and are like a dirty white. For what they charge for the rooms they need to fix this things. And the restaurant food expensive and I wouldn’t mind if it was good but it’s not. Need a better cook .
