ChocoBanana - 63734 Sayulita

Good food on the go in Sayulita. Also good coffee. Staff was friendly. Definitely tourist friendly. They have a chocolate covered banana on a stick with coconut that was amazing. We went back for breakfast and that was amazing. We had the French toast pudding and Mexicana eggs. Both were delicious.

We ate here on the last day of our trip. We thought that "Choco Banana" was some sort of gimmick since all the travel blogs say "You haven't been to Sayulita if you haven't had ChocoBanana". In reality it was a *very* good breakfast with the best coffee we've had in Mexico. We ordered the chocobananas and they were definitely good. They close kind early: we walked by in afternoons/evening a few times hoping for a chocobanana, but they were closed.

It's a local must, but fell short for me. My friends french toast was ok in taste but was brown and looked like meatloaf. My Mexican breakfast, eggs and beans ham, sauce was good but cold when I got it. We shared our meals and agreed it wasn't bad but not great eather why the 3 stars, price is right!

I’ve been coming here since 2010 and was always looking forward to having breakfast burritos here when I was in Sayulita. Unfortunately this time I’ve been grossly disappointed. First visit I had the breakfast burritos, the side of potatoes was tiny and cold. I ordered a frappucino as well, they didn’t have a straw. Have you tried drinking a frappucino without a straw? It’s impossible. You can either eat it with a spoon or wait until it’s liquid, neither of which I can recommend. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for the bill when I wanted to leave. I thought I’d give them another chance the next day and try a burger for a change. This time I waited 20 minutes without a waiter bothering to serve me. When I finally got the burger it wasn’t good. Might have been good 20 years ago, but hey, the present is ahead of you know. 2 star for location and atmosphere, also not expensive at least.

This place has solid breakfast food. It's nothing fancy, but definitely does the trick if you're hungry. It's right in the center of Sayulita's downtown area. So its hard to miss. Their chocobanana drink was pretty good. It's like a chocolate banana smoothie with or without coffee. Their beat juice was good as well. I think their omelette is better than their "huevos a la mexicana".

Nice little spot! Takes credit cards and has friendly staff. I went simple here and got a burger and fries and my wife did the burrito. Burger was good, naturally more of a Latin style with mixed herbs and spices rather than plain meat, Burrito was delicious, must do the sauces if you get it. Has a 1/17 conversion rate if using US dollars so would use pesos or a credit card over US dollars.

This was such an amazing place. The servers were very friendly. The menu offers breakfast all day and the drinks are delicious. I ordered the lemon slush and it didn’t taste like it had sugar, very refreshing! Their food was AMAZING. I ordered the nachos and steak burrito and it was enough to feed two people. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is hungry and looking for a quick place to eat. The people are very very helpful too so don’t hesitate to ask for anything.
