I’m staying at all inclusive resort in playa del Carmen and this was the best food I have tried in the whole trip. The people was very nice and attentive and the home made chocolate is exquisite too. The food has a local home made taste (it’s Mayan) that can’t be equal. I definitely recommend it.

This is a beautiful, clean well organized place. It is a cooperative of decent and kind, hard working people Their chocolate, honey and other products are wonderful. Their prices very reasonable Their service excellent Their food delicious and it definitely worth the visit!

I booked the day trip that is offered on Viator. I really wish that I had gotten the chance to do it. The email packet that they sent me had the GPS ping "pick-up location" listed as the main intersection in Tulum. It also stated a pick up time with driver information and a contact number for the driver. I know that this place is actually in Coba. I was confused by the emails that THEY sent me stating this pick up and driver information. I showed up at the location provided by them at the time provided by them. No driver showed up at the location they provided. I called and they said I needed to be in Coba for the tour. I screenshotted and sent them back every email they sent me about the Tulum GPS location. After arguing with the phone contact, they decided to refund $30 USD from the $64 USD that I prepaid online.

We had a great time at Chococacaomaya. We received a warm welcome and great service throughout our stay. The glamping tents were nice and in good condition. We had a bbq and then Rolando the onsite host set up the projector and screen for movie night. We had breakfast and lunch, both were delicious! The kiddies got to make soap and do a treasure hunt. The kiddies really enjoyed, they said it was the best fun ever. Rolando and team thank you for your kindness and hospitality! We will be back.
