Y	Yoshio Anaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leo todos los comentarios anteriores al mío y me sorprende que los dueños o responsables de la marca no hayan tomado cartas en el asunto: todos nos quejamos (y me incluyo en ello), del pésimo servicio de las personas que aquí trabajan: empleados que ignoran al cliente, responden sólo con monosílabos (sí, no, ajá) y simplemente dicen "ya se me acabó" cuando no quieren hacer más malteadas. No saben decir gracias y tampoco de nada. Los productos son buenos, sí, pero con la actitud de estos sujetos preferí ir a comprar al mercado productos más artesanales y no dudo que muchas personas más hagan lo mismo. Están perdiendo ventas por tener contratada a la gente incorrecta. Fui en diciembre del 2019 y los primeros días de 2020. I read all the comments before me and I am surprised that the owners or managers of the brand have not taken action on the matter: we all complain (and I include myself in it), of the lousy service of the people who work here: employees who ignore to the client, they respond only with monosyllables (yes, no, aha) and simply say "I'm over" when they don't want to make more milkshakes. They don't know how to say thanks and you're welcome. The products are good, yes, but with the attitude of these subjects I preferred to go to the market to buy more handmade products and I do not doubt that many more people do the same. They are losing sales by having the wrong people hired. I went in December 2019 and the first days of 2020.

Les recomiendo ampliamente la bebida de chocolate frío que venden en la tienda. Customer service is very good. The manager on duty explains very well what each product in the stocks consists of. I highly recommend the store-bought cold chocolate drink.

Venden los típicas barras de chocolate (muy buena calidad), mole rojo y negro, y cacao a granel, entre otras cosas. También preparan bebidas con base en sus productos. La calificación es por el personal en especial por la que atiende de nombre Noemi, super mal carácter, grosera, igualada, sin ganas de existir tal vez pero eso le da una mala experiencia a un lugar 'recomendado', termine comprando mucho menos por esa acción y preferi terminar mis compras en otro lado. Recomiendo encuentren gente capaz y con pasión en su trabajo y no cualquiera que cree que puede cubrir el puesto. Chance probando el producto suba a 2 estrellas o 3 estrellas pero ya en la siguiente visita veremos si mejoran el personal para las 5 :) The product looks good, the milkshake is perfect, the rest remains to be tested. The rating is for the staff, especially for the one named Noemi, super bad character, rude, even, perhaps not wanting to exist but that gives a bad experience to a 'recommended' place, I ended up buying much less for that action and preferred to finish my purchases elsewhere. I recommend finding people who are capable and passionate about their work and not just anyone who thinks they can fill the role. Chance testing the product rises to 2 stars or 3 stars but on the next visit we will see if they improve the staff for the 5 :)
