★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an institution in San Miguel with queues out the door on weekends and holidays (and many other times too).
And for good reason, it is a bustling Cafe serving a range of meals, but most go for the churros and hot chocolate which are just fabulous!! ?♥️
58 to 62 pesos gets you a hot chocolate (multiple varieties to choose from, hence the price range) and 3 plain churros (or 1 stuffed).
The hot chocolate is thick, rich and lovely, churros long and crisp. Perfect.
We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little place near the center of town. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. The churros were great but I’ll give less than 5 stars to the chocolate. There was an interesting corny tone in the flavor that was unexpected, but it wasn’t bad. Maybe I’ll come back some time for other staff in the menu and change my mind :)

The food is good, and I love that they have a sugar-free 100% cacao drink. My friend ordered a second helping of churros after she’s finished her first!
There is often a line and a waitlist to get in, but a typical weekday morning or afternoon is apt to have some space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the place a lot, I came twice the first time to have dessert at night! Which was amasaazing and I wanted to try the breakfast the next day, and I enjoyed it a lot.
The prices comparing with the area are good and the quality of food is great.
The design of the place is nice as well, and they have a nice view to the street in a couple of the tables.
Plus the churros are super crunchy and fresh ?
