La especialidad son las barras de chocolate con diferentes orígenes y el uso de ingredientes frescos nacionales y poco convencionales. También al sumar elementos internacionales como la haba tonka (Brasil), té matcha (Japón), té (chino), tisanas (Polonia), sumaq (Marruecos) y de toda la fruta, vegetales y especies posibles en México.
La repostería, bombonería y confitería son muy personalizadas y se crean cada semana nuevas combinaciones.
Se ofrece al mismo tiempo talleres y clases todos los días.
Chocolate and pastry workshop inspired by typical and traditional cuisine, super foods and the clear elements of tea, herbal teas, coffee and jams.
The specialty is chocolate bars with different origins and the use of fresh national and unconventional ingredients. Also by adding international elements such as tonka bean (Brazil), matcha tea (Japan), tea (Chinese), tisanes (Poland), sumaq (Morocco) and all the fruit, vegetables and spices possible in Mexico.
The pastries, chocolates and confectionery are highly personalized and new combinations are created every week.
Workshops and classes are offered at the same time every day.
