★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena tarde. A las 3 pm. fui a sacar unas radiografías a la sucursal de Plaza Izcalli, para un adulto mayor y NO DIERON EL SERVICIO.
Deberían de poner en su página que después de cierto horario ya no se realizan radiografía.
Mi pregunta es;
Hasta que hora dejan de laborar?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero compartir con uds, fuí a este lugar a mandar hacer mis lentes. Tengo falta de visión pues tengo una catarata en cada ojo y no veo bien. Cotize en varias ópticas y los precios ocilaban entre 3000 y 3500. Pero en este lugar están dando servicio de optometría y me salieron en 860 pesos incluyendo armazón. Mis anteojos son bifocales , 6 dioptrías, armazón de pasta y una gran atención por parte del personal. Se los recomiendo ampliamente. Felicidades

I listed in several opticians and the prices ranged between 3000 and 3500. But in this place they are giving optometry services and they came out at 860 pesos including frame. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos corren desde las 6 de la mañana y está hasta el gorro. Todo por qué hay q ir en ayunas.
Levántense más tarde abra menos gente de todos modos van en ayunas.
Los que toman las muestras sean más profesionales hay a quienes pican de 2 a 3 veces si no es q más por no encontrar la vena.
Y los que toman placas, y aguas principalmente cuando son en la plancha.. ponganle siquiera de las batas azules q dan .. va la gente con problemas de pulmón y los acuestan en la mesa fría.. yo salí con enfriamiento y me duró 2 días el dolor.

Por otro, cuando te van a entregar los resultados siempre está solo el departamento que entrega me han hecho esperar 10 minutos sin haber alguien.
Lo bueno, que me ha tocado talvez suerte con el personal, me muestran más calidez si se los pido, aumentando el trato humano. Las instalaciones están mejor que otros sitios que se dedican a lo mismo.
Tienen la tecnología, pero todavía les falta para conjugarla con sus operaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención la de ésta sucursal, algunas de las personas que están en recepción son muy déspotas, la sucursal no sigue las medidas de higiene, pues lo más importante es la ventilación y solo tienen una puerta para "ventilar" toda el laboratorio. Son muy lentos y están mal capacitados en las tomas de muestra. Uno o dos piquetes y aparte se ponen a "buscar" sin seguir la anatomía por lo que te lastiman. Quién me tomó la muestra fue Samantha. Otras personas tuvieron el mismo problema con ella. Sin contar con las preguntas personales que nada tienen que ver con su trabajo.

Cuando no recibí los resultados después de tres horas, llamé y me pusieron en espera durante casi una hora. Su mejor solución fue "volver mañana". Les dije que mi vuelo era a las 7 de la mañana y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Son incompetentes y no están dispuestos a ayudar. Por favor, a star médica cerca. Eran mucho más competentes y serviciales. Y eran más baratos. ¡Evite este lugar!
They are horrible. I went for a Covid test. I was promised results in two hours. I was not given any kind of confirmation receipt. When I didn't get the results after three hours, I called and was put on hold for almost an hour. His best solution was "come back tomorrow". I told them my flight was at 7am and they said there was nothing they could do. They are incompetent and unwilling to help. Please to star medical nearby. They were much more competent and helpful. And they were cheaper. Avoid this place!
