They took good care of us. Sometimes the service is very slow. They should inform you that if you pay online you get a better price.

No hay lugar de estacionamiento
En recepción se tardaron horas para atender
La persona que me tomaria muestra de sangre, saco unos guantes de una bolsita ( no eran nuevos, estaban echos bolita) y se los puso. Me saco sangre y los volvió a guardar
Esta misma persona, no tenia buen conocimiento de como sacar sangre ya que me lastimo despues de haberlo intentado 2 veces
terrible service:
No parking place
At reception it took hours to attend
The person who would take my blood sample, took some gloves out of a bag (they were not new, they were made into balls) and put them on. I draw blood and put them back
This same person, did not have good knowledge of how to draw blood since I got hurt after trying 2 times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirven sus promociones de los cuestionarios(trucos mercadologicos), llega uno, ponen un precio más alto de lista y resulta más caro que con descuento es un fraude. Ojalá que como existe Farmacias Similares, lleguen a tener competencia de laboratorios que les quiten su mina de oro, que no se crean eternos. A quien le guste tirar dinero que vayan al Chopo.
Their promotions of the questionnaires (marketing tricks) are useless, one arrives, they put a higher price on the list and it is more expensive than with a discount is a fraud. Hopefully, as there are Similar Pharmacies, they will have competition from laboratories that will take away their gold mine, which are not believed to be eternal. Who likes to throw money to go to Chopo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento, creo que deberían tener mayor personal ya que el tiempo de espera es mucha, hay 2 personas cobrando y una de ellas es la que toma las muestras y regresa a mostrador a cobrar, había muchas personas esperando, en cuanto a la limpieza es aceptable, excepto que dejaron el trapeador, la escoba y una bolsa de basura votadas en la sala de espera.
The service is very slow, I think they should have more staff because the waiting time is long, there are 2 people charging and one of them is the one who takes the samples and returns to the counter to collect, there were many people waiting, as for the cleaning is acceptable, except that they left the mop, the broom and a garbage bag voted in the waiting room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.La gerente y sus compañeras son déspotas y te tratan mal. No saben dar un buen servicio
2.No sé siguen las normas en temporada de pandemia (limpieza de mesas de tomas, lavado de manos, toma de temperatura) ... tiran sus propios cubrebocas usados en donde está el material "nuevo" teniendo un bote de bolsa roja a un lado
3. Reutilizan batas desechables en Rayos x. O no entiendo porque las coleccionan fuera de los botes rojos.
1.The manager and her colleagues are despots and treat you badly. They don't know how to give good service
2. I don't know they follow the norms in pandemic season (cleaning of outlet tables, hand washing, temperature measurement) ... they throw their own used face masks where the "new" material is, taking a red bag bottle to a side
3. They reuse disposable gowns in X-rays. Or I don't understand why they collect them outside of the red jars.
