★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no llegan temprano por lo que tienes que esperar mucho tiempo para que te atiendan, no llevan los protocolos para evitar el COVID, no están calificados para toma de muestra entonces te pican varias veces y sin disculparse ni nada, espero que al menos sí entreguen bien los resultados, esta sucursal no la recomiendo, hay mejores sucursales de este laboratorio.
 Terrible service, they do not arrive early so you have to wait a long time to be treated, they do not have the protocols to avoid COVID, they are not qualified for sampling, so they bite you several times and without apologizing or anything, I hope at least if they deliver the results well, I do not recommend this branch, there are better branches of this laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio llegue con buen tiempo para realizarle un estudio a mi bebé y me dijeron que ya no podía realizarlo ya que había una persona adelante de mi, y se supone que ese estudio lo realizan hasta la 1:30 ? y yo llegue a las 12:30 en verdad se tarda más de una hora con cada paciente ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el dia 8 de marzo 2022 acudió mi madre a realizarse examen de glucosa y la persona que la atendio e nombre Sandra Castillo ,le provoco una flevitis severa por su negligencia , no hizo el procedimiento debido y lastimo parte de la vena y el nervio , lo cual ha provacado que en 10 dias mi madre no pueda mover bien el brazo y el dolor no se quita sumandoa esto un moreton enorme que no se ha podido quitar, acudimos al lugar y la gerente Claudia Ramirez Peñaloza nos dio un pesimo trato tratando de incubrir la negligencia de su compañera al punto que hasta una clienta intervino en favor nuestro, pésimo trato en esta sucursal y contratan gente sin capacitacion, y no se hacen responsables de sus actos , no vayan mejor busquen otra opcion. han pasado 10 dias y no han respondido a esta situacion y tenemos todas las pruebas que lo documentan. el numero de orden es
