Me asignaron una ficha y con mi número de folio en menos de 20 mins me atendieron, el mejor trato, mucha limpieza y profesionalismo por parte del personal , lo recomiendo ampliamente, me encantó! No sirve de nada que traigas pagada lo que llaman pre orden pues de todas formas te forman en la misma fila de caja general para que validen. Una vez que pasas ese proceso, la atención dentro también es extraña pues puedes entrar y salir varias veces de diferentes consultorios si es que vas por más de un estudio. Además de que te pregunten temas que, para mí gusto son personales en la sala de espera casi gritando no es lo adecuado. A eso habría que sumarle que terminas en esta sucursal por que a la que te mandaron originalmente en su sistema y contact center, no tenían los reactivos necesarios para atenderte, hace que la experiencia de atención sea pésima. Y finalmente, el proceso de entrega de resultados es todavía peor. Es la primera vez que acudimos a ellos y seguramente será la última (a menos que en ningún otro lado tengan los estudios que podamos necesitar). The service system is very bad.
