★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am always thrilled to have Betty's cooking at Chopsticks. Today I had my 'usual' Vietnamese coffee, Shrimp Summer Rolls, and Pork Potstickers. Yummmmm.
But I tried something new -- Betty's Buttertart!! OMG! It was described as pecan pie with raisins -- absolutely 'Broke da Mouth' delicious! In fact, I ate my dessert first -- so I could concentrate on its texture and flavors. I think folks could hear me moaning as far as Chapala!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They normally cook a pie and offer it for dessert until it is gone. We found out today that doesn't happen on Friday when coffee cake is offered instead. We share spring rolls among two followed by the rice bowl for each. They do a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious hot and fresh Vietnamese and Chinese food. I ordered take away of their Monday soup special and it was made to order and well packed. I’ve also had their dim sum before and as a dim sum connoisseur, and person of Chinese heritage, it was pretty great too!
