Vine esperando encontrar comida japonesa (mínimo algo similar como manejan en otras cadenas). La advertencia debió haber sido leer la descripción de los gyozas "empanada japonesa" literal nos trajeron empanadas en forma de gyoza. Muy malas. El UDON con muy pocos tallarines y el tempura todo aguado. El servicio súper lento. Solo tienen al parecer a un mesero para todas las mesas. Al menos 15 min pasaron antes que pasaran a tomar la orden. El personal está muy mal capacitado y no nos supieron ni agregar la propina en el cobro de la tarjeta. No merecen ni 1 estrella.
 Super slow and very bad food.
I came expecting to find Japanese food (at least something similar as they handle in other chains). The caveat should have been reading the description of the literal "japanese dumpling" gyozas they brought us dumplings in the form of gyoza. Very bad. The UDON with very few noodles and the tempura all watery. Super slow service. They only seem to have one waiter for all the tables. At least 15 minutes passed before they came to take the order. The staff is very poorly trained and they did not even know how to add the tip to the card payment. They don't even deserve 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio puede llegar a ser un poco lento. En alguna ocasión me trajeron la entrada después de plato fuerte. Sin embargo la comida siempre muy buena. Siempre regresamos a mis hijos les encanta.
The service can be a bit slow. On some occasion they brought me the entree after the main course. However the food is always very good. We always go back my kids love it.

Everything is delicious, only very slow service. It is very cold in rainy or winter weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio!!, las chicas que atienden están de mala cara y a pesar de estar el restaurante sólo con dos mesas se tardaron casi 40 minutos en servir 3 rollos!! No recomendable ni por la calidad de los alimentos.
Very bad service!!, the girls who attend are in a bad face and despite the fact that the restaurant only has two tables, it took almost 40 minutes to serve 3 rolls!! Not recommended for the quality of the food.

No sé quién les dijo que el tempura va dentro del caldo, por algo se "empaniza" no para que se aguade todo .
El caldo sabe a soya con agua.
Leeentos para hacer la comida y estaba casi vacío (3 mesas)
Lo único bueno fue la atención del chef.
We ordered an udon and it was super salty, the rice the same, the shrimp tacos too.
I don't know who told you that the tempura goes inside the broth, for something it is "breaded" not so that everything is watered down.
The broth tastes like soy with water.
Took a while to make the food and it was almost empty (3 tables)
The only good thing was the attention of the chef.
