★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención que nos ha brindado David en el área de mostrador tanto personal como vía telefónica ha sido excelente, de hecho cabe mencionar que anteriormente IDONE DE MEXICO hacia compras en Xocongo pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, hoy en día realizamos nuestras compras en Fray Servando por la atención de David.
Las cotizaciones enviadas son atendidas con una respuesta casi inmediata y además hacen anotaciones si algún producto no lo tienen en existencia, ofreciendo otras opciones si las hay.
En cuanto a la entrega de la mercancía en tienda han mejorado sus tiempos porque antes el chofer tenia que esperar hasta media hora en que fuera atendido. Por otra parte en la entrega a domicilio es una área de oportunidad, normalmente nosotros programamos a el personal de bodega con el tiempo de entrega de la mercancía por parte de Chrisalim por cuestión de logística pero en varias ocasiones no se han cumplido los horarios de entrega, ojala pudieran coordinar mejor las mismas y mejorar la comunicación entre personal de entrega a domicilio y el cliente.

The attention that David has given us in the counter area both personally and by phone has been excellent, in fact it is worth mentioning that previously IDONE DE MEXICO made purchases in Xocongo but the service leaves much to be desired, today we make our purchases in Fray Serving for David's attention.
The quotes sent are attended to with an almost immediate response and they also make notes if a product does not have it in stock, offering other options if there are any.
As for the delivery of the merchandise in the store, their times have improved because before the driver had to wait up to half an hour to be attended. On the other hand, in home delivery it is an area of opportunity, normally we schedule the warehouse staff with the delivery time of the merchandise by Chrisalim for logistics reasons, but on several occasions the delivery schedules have not been met. Hopefully they could better coordinate them and improve communication between home delivery personnel and the customer.

Me gusta venir aquí por que había buena atención pero se ha venido abajo todo eso.
