★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio al cliente. Mal trato en el hospital, todos los procesos son tardados. Inclusive ahora estoy tratando de entrar a su sitio para ver radiografias. No se puede, marca error. Les marcas al hospital y no te contestan.

Contrario a otros comentarios fueron muy amables conmigo y la doctora super atenta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible la atencion se supone que tienen servicio de emergencia acabo de ir a consultar y me tomaron temperatura la presion y la oxigenacion y me tuvieron en la sala de espera una hora sin decirme porque la recepcionista se metio a los consultorios y no me dijo nada si me iban a consultar o no me retire del lugar sin consultar que poca empatian tienen para los pacientes!!! Super cara que cobran la consulta para tratar asi al paciente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo les importa el dinero y no la salud de sus pacientes, me querían cobrar revisión, empeoramos de salud por un diagnóstico de REsfriado común. siguiendo todas las indicacciones médicas, y prueba del covid, q salió negativa. Después de 450 $ por consulta , no hay revisión y te quieren cobrar nuevos $250 cuando no pudieron resolver una gripa., quedaron de llamar y nada. Solo les importa tu dinero.

Me tome unas radiografías y nunca se pudieron ver en el sistema, levante el reporte y nunca solucionaron, me dicen que vaya por el CD pero a la hora que ellos quieren… no cuando yo puedo. Además nunca contestan el teléfono, hice 20 llamada y apenas así logré que me contestaran. No vuelvo a ir. ?
