★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿Que le sucede al personal que trabaja en el hospital? Salvo un par de enfermer@s y camilleros, por lo demás desde la mujer de Admisión, guardias y algunas enfermeras del 4o piso con poca actitud de servicio

Terrible service apart very expensive and they always charge you up to what they do not grab you apart the loaded ones never show their face No balla ai it is pure scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen esperar mucho tiempo para moverte de área o piso a otra habitación, más de 5 horas y té dicen qué es el cambio de turno y cuando vas a la habitación asignada encuentras que aún están a la mitad del mantenimiento (desinfección y limpieza)
They make you wait a long time to move from area or floor to another room, more than 5 hours and they tell you what the shift change is and when you go to the assigned room you find that they are still in the middle of maintenance (disinfection and cleaning)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el personal todos tiene distintas información y distintos precios en una cita para una resonancia y cuando llego la persona se la cancelaron para 8 días después fue y le dijeron que no podían hacerla que mejor fuera después le dieron un precio de 3,800 y cuándo fue la persona otra vez le dijeron que el precio era de 10,000 o tal vez mas
Terrible service the staff all have different information and different prices in an appointment for an MRI and when the person arrived they canceled it for 8 days later he went and told him that they could not make it better to go later they gave him a price of 3,800 and when was it the person was told again that the price was 10,000 or maybe more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en urgencias lleve a mi niño por que anaba malito y con temperatura, me dijieron no tiene nada, me cobraron 1000 y en el carro le dio una convuslion febril a mi niño, claro que el niño tenia algo lo lleve al hospital Angeles y en doctor contestabile lo atendió claro que tenia infección en la garganta.
Pésimo servicio y claro que el director ni fue para darme la cara por que llame para quejarme y no hicieron nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me operé el año pasado, mi experiencia en general fue buena enfermeras,personal, la comida...., no tardaron ni una hora en ingresarme, pero la señorita de escritorio no sabia como encontrar el procedimiento correcto, eso fue lo tardado. Ya antes de salir al llevar los gastos y la cuenta, me querian cargar el control remoto de la habitación, ya venia listado en los gastos, lo cual si me molestó y tuvo que ir mi madre que me ayudaba, ya que no podia casi ni moverme y si batalló para que le quitaran ese monto extra.
I had surgery last year, my experience in general was good, nurses, staff, food..., it didn't take even an hour to admit me, but the lady at the desk didn't know how to find the correct procedure, that was how long it took. Before leaving when I took the expenses and the account, they wanted to charge me the remote control of the room, it was already listed in the expenses, which did bother me and my mother had to go to help me, since I could hardly even move and if he struggled to get that extra amount removed.
