It's disgusting, the waiting time, the service, the attitude, if they go to the emergency room, at least one hour, it seems that they are doing you a favor, it's total disgust, we went for a pediatric emergency and they never attended us, if I could I would give zero stars.

Requeri factura y no me la enviaron, asi como la chica de facturacion estaba en otra cosa, estoy llamando me dicen que me van a transferir y me cuelgan. Regrese por necesidad de una prueba PCR a persona de origen japones y el trato fue pesimo, y te ayudan si les pagas, perdieron el tacto con servicio al cliente. S	Sharon Saerali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve a mi 2° bebe y todo muy bien comparando sobretodo mi mala experiencia en otro hospital .Las citas super puntuales , de haber problema me reagendaban , las instalaciones comodas , solo creo que la puerta principal deberia de tener acceso ( eso no me gusto) los cuartos super lindos y limpios , las enfermeras muy amables y atentas , los doctores de staff (ginecologo, anestesiologo , pediatra ) que me atendieron super recomendables y profesionales . Me hicieron sentir muy agusto .lo ultimo fue un pequeño error en un cargo pero pudo resolverse . Almenos con mi experiencia la atención medica muy comoda y recomendable .?las 5 estrellas para su peronal medico ⛤⛥⛥⛥⛥ I had my 2nd baby and everything went very well, especially comparing my bad experience in another hospital. The super punctual appointments, if there was a problem, they rescheduled me, the comfortable facilities, I just think that the main door should have access (I did not like that) the super nice and clean rooms, the very kind and attentive nurses, the staff doctors (gynecologist, anesthesiologist, pediatrician) who treated me highly recommendable and professional. They made me feel very comfortable. The last thing was a small error in a charge but it could be resolved. At least with my experience, medical care is very comfortable and recommended. ? 5 stars for your medical staff ⛤⛥⛥⛥⛥
d	dolce vita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio , mi hijo se iba muriendo de una apendicitis con exámenes y todo no me lo atendieron ?por una hora con medicamentos para solo calmar dolor fueron 2800 pesos lo tuve q sacar de ahí y llevarlo al nogalar dónde me lo atendieron inmediatamente si no lo saco mi hijo se muere .... Muy mal servicio Very bad service, my son was dying of appendicitis with exams and they did not attend to me ? for an hour with medications to just calm pain it was 2800 pesos I had to get him out of there and take him to the nogalar where they treated me immediately if not I take it out my son dies .... I	Iris Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, parece que estas en el IMSS, te pasan a recepción a que llenes tus datos y esperes, luego te pasan para "atenderte" y te dejan más tiempo esperando, solo se escuchan las platicas y risas las enfermeras porque solo tienen 1 doctor en domingo. Todo muy sucio y descuidado. Terrible service, it seems that you are in the IMSS, they pass you to the reception to fill in your data and wait, then they pass you to "attend to you" and leave you more time waiting, you only hear the talks and laughter of the nurses because they only have 1 doctor on Sunday. All very dirty and neglected.
J	Jose Ochoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Sra Teresa Cardona jefa de Admisión tiene al servicio de recepción a una persona de nombre Hernan personal que no está capacitado,, es grosero, no atie de por estar en el teléfono, que tipo de pésimo hospital es Christus Mugerza San Nicolas...claro que la Sra Teresa no respondeas quejas Mrs. Teresa Cardona, Head of Admissions, has a person named Hernan at the reception service, a person who is not trained, is rude, does not answer because he is on the phone, what kind of lousy hospital is Christus Mugerza San Nicolas... Of course, Mrs. Teresa does not respond to complaints.

Creo están adoptando los procedimientos del imss siendo una institución privada en la cual pagas por atención y servicio. De que sirve tengan varios módulos en urgencias si solo cuentan con 1 medico ?? Con que seguridad asistiría teniendo una urgencia médica sabiendo el tiempo de reacción del personal y que no hay especialistas en turno. Es para tomarlo seriamente en cuenta y evaluarlo en una situacion de emergencia médica. We went to the hospital to consult, what a disappointment of attention and service.
