★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las muchachas que trabajan en el lado de urgencias les falta profesionalismo. Lleve a urgencias a una amistad que se le bajo la fuente y iba a dar luz. Cuando me pidieron que nos registre y me puse como parentesco: Amistad, fueron y le dijeron a la muchacha que lleve que me querian correr. Le insistieron pero la muchacha les dijo que no. Que estaba bien. Ah, pero muy buenas y amables para cobrarme los $15,000.

Que no es atención al público en general?? Si no eres socio ni te atienden? Pésimo servicio inicial, buscaré en otro hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enfermeras, médicos, laboratoristas, camilleros todos ellos excelente servio, pero la chica de ventas y de admisión, groseras, nunca están en su lugar, se enojan y para que te atiendan bien es un problema. Deberían cambiarlas.
Nurses, doctors, laboratory workers, orderlies, all of them excellent service, but the sales and admission girl, rude, they are never in their place, they get angry and to be treated well is a problem. They should change them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hospital está ubicado muy cerca del centro de Puebla , también es conocido como Hospital UPAEP, un edificio muy bonito y con jardines bien arreglados. He ido tres veces y siempre he recibido una excelente atención de los médicos y su personal. Cuanta con cafetería y estacionamiento con costo. Así se deberían de ver todos los hospitales.
This hospital is located very close to the center of Puebla, it is also known as Hospital UPAEP, a very beautiful building with well-arranged gardens. I have been three times and have always received excellent care from the doctors and their staff. How much with cafeteria and parking with cost. This is how all hospitals should look.
