★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, soy clientes por mas de 10 años, hoy nos encontramos con nuevo encargado de ventas de semi nuevos certificados. El cual nos entregó una camioneta de casi 500 mil pesos con financiamiento de FC financial, la unidad se encontraba con varios daños mecánicos y de Ojalatero, daños que repare del cual gaste más de 10 mil pesos, esta persona de nombre ruben se comprometió a cambiar las piezas que están en muy mal estado, fuimos a la agencia para el cambio de piezas, pero lamentablemente nos mintió y solo desmontaron las piezas y le dieron de martillazos dejando a la vista el pésimo trabajo. No conforme con esto esta persona de nombre ruben, dijo que cambiaría nuevamente las piezas por orden de un superior, sin embargo después de más de 45 días dijo que solo estaba autorizado el cambio de una sola pieza, situación que no se acordó con el gerente de la agencia. Además debo mencionar que el vehículo se encuentra sin tolva, cárter arañado, Ojalateria en mal estado, sin llave de repuesto, y pésima atención de ruben, súper grosero y altanero. Esta agencia automotores de MEXICO dicen que sus semi nuevos son certificados, esto es una gran mentira. En otros tiempo si lo fue, pero hoy es pésimo. Mucho cuidado a la hora de comprar un semi nuevo en esta agencia

Not satisfied with this, this person named Ruben said that he would change the pieces again by order of a superior, however after more than 45 days he said that only the change of a single piece was authorized, a situation that was not agreed with the manager from the agency. I should also mention that the vehicle is without hopper, scratched crankcase, Ojalateria in poor condition, without a spare key, and terrible attention from Ruben, super rude and haughty. This automotive agency in MEXICO says that their new semi are certified, this is a big lie. In other times it was, but today it is lousy. Be very careful when buying a new semi in this agency
