★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a servicio de mi vehículo sin cita, pregunte si me podían atender sin cita, indicaron que si, que esperara a que el asesor se desocupara, espere casi 1.5 horas y nadie me decía nada, volví insistir y me dijeron que no me podían atender.
Sugiero indicar atención únicamente con cita en su portal o en recepción para no dejar al cliente esperando y al final no haya una buena atención.

RESULTA QUE NO QUISIERON NUESTRO MODO DE PAGO (LIQUIDARLO EN SU TOTALIDAD). LO PEOR ES QUE NO NOS QUIEREN DEVOLVER NUESTRO DEPOSITO. YA PASARON MAS DE 2 SEMANAS Y LA VENDEDORA SE NIEGA A CONTESTAR LLAMADAS. REFLEXIÓN : NO DEJEN APARTADOS Y NO ACUDAN A ESTA AGENCIA. UNA FALTA TOTAL DE PROFESIONALISMO.
PÉSIMOS.
WE WENT TO BUY A RENEGADE FOR WHICH THERE IS A LOT OF DEMAND. THE SELLER ASKED US FOR A SECTION WHICH WE DELIVERED HER. IT RESULTS THAT THEY DID NOT WANT OUR PAYMENT METHOD (PAY IT IN FULL). THE WORST THING IS THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN OUR DEPOSIT. MORE THAN 2 WEEKS HAPPENED AND THE SELLER REFUSES TO ANSWER CALLS. REFLECTION: DO NOT LEAVE APART AND DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY. A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

1er mala experiencia me choca un vehículo por detrás la llevo a esta agencia a reparar y el Sr abraham me la entrega mal pasaba los topes y se votaba la alarma de la camioneta se la llevo y su solución fue desconectarla no reparar la falla
2da mala experiencia me choca un custodio por motivos del reglamento de Tránsito tuve que pagar un deducible con gnp para que la repararan el Sr abraham me la entrega con una polea girando mal, la polea de la banda de accesorios me dice que si quiero me la repara pero que le tengo que pagar para que lo haga se supone que por eso se paga un deducirble se negó a mostrarme el di tamen de gnp ni me apoyo para hablar con ellos y ver el motivo por el cual no se cambió hago cita con lizbeth para ver porque la camioneta tiene una garantía y lizbeth me miente, me dice que Israel iba a revisar mi camioneta, me la tardaron dos semanas parada cuando es para carga y de uso diario y el que la reviso fue abraham se lo dijo al final por teléfono, una mujer muy déspota me hizo esperar afuera de la agencia me entregaron las llaves de mi camioneta no me dijeron nada con respecto a mi camioneta y me la entregaron mal.
como les digo después de un choque se no me la van a dar al 100 % pero ni al 90% sino al 70 % pésimo servicio si les recomiendo algo no saquen vehículos en esta agencia la verdad yo no les vuelvo a comprar un vehículo

That is why he is supposed to pay a deductible. He refused to show me the gnp name, nor did he support me to talk to them and see why he did not change, I make an appointment with lizbeth. to see why the truck has a warranty and Lizbeth lies to me, she tells me that Israel was going to check my truck, it took me two weeks to stop when it is for loading and daily use and the one who checked it was Abraham told her at the end for phone, a very despotic woman made me wait outside the agency they gave me the keys to my truck, they didn't tell me anything about my truck and they gave it to me wrong.
As I tell you after a crash, they will not give me 100% but not 90% but 70% terrible service if I recommend something, do not take out vehicles at this agency, the truth is I will not buy a vehicle from you again
