Y el Servicio se mantiene igual. Lento proceso supongo mas aun cuando utilizas el Seguro al verte y tenerte Atrapado por la necesidad de Servicio Slow service. You saw to check the repair well because there were details that were not seen with the naked eye. We returned in Dec with Auto Insurance. And the Service stays the same. Slow process I suppose even more when you use the Insurance to see you and have you Trapped by the need for Service
D	David da Costa Calderon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizan la reparación de la falla anunciada, pero no se molestan en revisar lo demás (por ejemplo cosas tan básicas como los niveles de fluidos, focos quemados, etc.) They repair the announced failure, but don't bother to check the rest (for example things as basic as fluid levels, burned out bulbs, etc.)

En mi opinión no merece ni siquiera se le califique con una estrella,lo cual lo hago porque no hay más opción para calificar lo corriente y lo deficiente. The service in general is terrible and lacking in quality, as well as in some products. I do not recommend the services and products of this firm. In my opinion it does not deserve even a one star rating, which I do because there is no other option to rate the ordinary and the poor.
l	linda gamez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca los recomendaria, llegue con el carro que se estaba calentando tenia una fuga, se presento el jefe de mantenimiento y otra persona me dice que no aplica la garantia y "se burlaron de mi," se aprovechan por el solo hecho de que soy mujer, me tuve que regresar con con el carro y la fuga, afortunadamente hable a otra agencia y claro que estaba vigente la garantia me cambiaron la pieza. I would never recommend them, I arrived with the car that was heating up had a leak, the maintenance manager appeared and another person told me that the warranty did not apply and "they made fun of me," they take advantage of the mere fact that I am a woman , I had to return with the car and the leak, fortunately I spoke to another agency and of course the guarantee was in force, they changed the part.

Caminar 3 cuadras para llegar al taller y podían haberme acompañado por dentro de su local. Muy simples en su trato. Como si ellos fueran los que pagan y no uno como cliente. In the workshop the one who took care of my car very well. The customer service staff did not. Not the guards. They made me go all the way around in the sun. Walk 3 blocks to get to the workshop and they could have accompanied me inside their premises. Very simple in their treatment. As if they were the ones who pay and not one as a customer.

Julio el asesor de servicio nefasto, mala administración no pueden validar transferencia de pago. tiempo de espera en caja es la muerte. y un largo etc. Nunca utilicen esta concesionaria. lousy agency, lousy service, zero customer service. Julio the nefarious service advisor, bad administration cannot validate payment transfer. checkout waiting time is death. and a long etc. Never use this dealership.
