WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I WAS HUNG UP ON AND THE REP SPOKE OVER ME. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

Worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, they don’t live up to their word. Would never recommend.

They do not live up to there word, worst customer service they don't return your phone calls. I do not recommend this company at all. If I could them a less than 1 star I would!

I was trying to reach out multiple times, but they seem to always have some kind of issues - with network, with not enough employees or simply employees that do not speak English which is kind of unprofessional as they offer insurance to foreigners traveling through Mexico. Eventually I was told that someone will call me back - but it never happened. Then, finally someone reach out to me via email but after exchanging couple messages the person started ignoring me. Contact via messenger is also not an option, because they don't even bother to response. My car broke down like 4 weeks ago and since than I’m trying to get in touch with and as for now it’s kind of impossible.

Awful auto insurance company. I will never do business with them again. Very slow to do anything, very poor and even rude service. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

We have Chubb insurance on our new vehicle we drove to Mexico. Our vehicle was 3 weeks old when we were rear ended. We followed instructions and called them immediately. They came to the accident and they told us exactly how to proceed. They were very fair and immediately gave us the option of getting our car fixed in Mexico or taking it home to be repaired. We got an appraisal from the US and opted to take it home for repairs. They immediately deposited the total amount of the US appraisal in our account. I would highly recommend this company.

I was in an accident over a month ago. I so not speak Spanish. I signed papers because I was told it would speed up the service. The lawyer who was assigned to my case doesn't speak English. I finally asked for someone who speaks English and that lawyer was responsive; however, I am still no closer to getting things resolved so I can get another vehicle to replace the one that was a total loss in the accident. I get different stories from everyone I talk to. I am 71 years old and live in the country. I don't feel safe because I don't have a car in case of a medical emergency. I have tried to get answers and get a timeline. I am told that all they need to do is make an appointment to pay the other driver and release m car and then they can pay me. I need that money to buy another car. I am told it will take a few days, a week a couple of weeks and it has already been 3 weeks and I have no clear answers and no car. I will try again on Monday because by the time they responded it was closing time. I may have to hire a lawyer of my own just to get some straight answers and get this process moving as it seems to be stalled and no one has any answers that make sense. I am very disappointed and may look elsewhere for insurance when I do get another car. The level of support is severely inadequate and no one talks to each other at CHUBB.
