Arreglan el percance con materiales de baja calidad y cuándo regresas y les comentas que te hicieron porquerías, CHUBB SEGUROS, ya nó se hace responsable. Mientras uno, ya pagó deducible y de nada sirvió , tener seguro para tu auto. "Son unos rateros"
Terrible service, if you have a mishap, they send you to their cheap "workshops". They fix the mishap with low-quality materials and when you return and tell them that they made you crap, CHUBB SEGUROS, they are no longer responsible. While one, already paid the deductible and it was useless, having insurance for your car. "They are thieves"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO no contraten es pésimo el servicio nunca te contestan solo entran llamadas para siniestros pero para atención a clientes puedes estar semanas y no contestan.
Al parecer solo tienen un ajustador en puebla el señor LUIGI ROSAS y te atiende muy mal, te proporciona su numero de celular para contactarlo y nunca contesta y te proporciona información errónea.
BEWARE do not hire the service is terrible they never answer you only calls come in for claims but for customer service you can spend weeks and they do not answer.
Apparently they only have one adjuster in Puebla, Mr. LUIGI ROSAS and he treats you very badly, he gives you his cell phone number to contact him and he never answers and gives you wrong information.

I MADE MY CALL ON DECEMBER 18 BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A CRISTALAZO, THEY GAVE ME THE CLAIM NUMBER AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ME A MESSAGE ...... 5 DAYS LATER I COMMUNICATED AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT "THEY HAD MANY CLAIMS "BUT WHAT IF THEY WERE GOING TO TEST ME HOW MUCH AN EXPERT VALUER WILL BE ASSIGNED. ! APPRAISER FOR A CRISTALAZO ????? !!! EVEN SO I WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS AND AS IS LOGICAL THAT I COULD NOT DRIVE WITH MY VEHICLE I MADE MY PURCHASE OF THE GLASS AND PAYED THE CORRESPONDING IN THE AGENCY TO BE PLACED. TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT TOLD ME IF THEY APPOINTED AN EXPERT VALUATOR TO PROCEED WITH MY COVERAGE ........ I WILL KEEP WAITING AND I WILL KEEP COUNTING THEM UNTIL THEY REALIZE THAT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS AWFUL !!!!!

Terrible in terms of the valuation, they pay you what they want, and the "valuer" is a very despotic, unfriendly, and very closed lady, I would never use or recommend her service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no reemplazan las piezas como tiene que ser y tengan cuidado porque las cancelan en la agencia y para comunicarse con ellos llevo una semana intentándolo y no tengo respuesta lo reportaré a la agencia para que los cambien.
